For most payment methods, payment must be received before your course starts in order to secure your place. Organisations paying by invoice may be able to complete enrolment before payment is received, subject to the invoice terms.
Below is a breakdown of the different payment methods that may be available to you:
- Credit card: you can make a payment for our courses directly on our website using a credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express). Please note that American Express is only accepted for orders in UK sterling and US dollars. Our website's payment portal is fully secured with advanced encryption technologies, ensuring that your personal and financial information is protected.
- PayPal: if you have a PayPal account, you can use it to purchase your course online by selecting PayPal as your payment method. If you experience any issues or need assistance with your account, please contact PayPal customer support.
- Bank transfer: if you prefer to make a direct bank transfer (BACS), this can be facilitated via our dedicated Customer Service team. Payment must be received two weeks prior to course start date.
- Quote: for personal purchases, you may be able to request a quote during the payment process. Details on how to complete payment will be included on the last page of the quote.
- Invoice: organisations can request an invoice as part of the online purchasing process.. In some cases, organisations may be referred to our Customer Service team to complete this step. Requesting an invoice represents a firm commitment to pay the outstanding balance prior to the course start date and in accordance with the invoice terms.
