I'm having assignment upload and content loading issues, what do I do?

If you are experiencing issues while uploading assignments, loading content or launching the final survey on your course, there is a possibility that your institution's security measures could be blocking some of the features from Canvas. This is more likely if you are using a work-provided device or internet connection, the high-security settings may be interfering with the platform's functionalities. 

You may be able to complete the assignment by using another device.

Alternatively, contact your institution IT team to see if they can offer a solution for you.

If you still cannot submit your assignment please contact your tutor or our support team and we will find an alternative submission method to support you.
