Reporting another learner

If you see a comment by another learner that worries or concerns you, please report this to your tutor explaining why you are concerned. Please include any supporting information you are comfortable to share, such as screenshots. 

All information will be treated respectfully, and your Tutor will escalate concerns to our internal team where appropriate. Where possible we will do our best to maintain strict confidentiality.

If your course does not have a tutor, please contact us.

Reporting an educator

Learners and educators on our courses will only communicate via the virtual learning environment Canvas and should not have any private contact with you or anybody else outside of the course. 

If you are worried about the behaviour of an educator or any other team member running a Cambridge course, please contact us and include any supporting information you are comfortable to share. 

All information will be treated respectfully, and our Safeguarding Lead will escalate concerns where appropriate. Where possible we will do our best to maintain strict confidentiality.

Reporting University of Cambridge Online staff

You may contact or be contacted by our user support teams, for example if you have a technical issue that we need to solve. 

If you are worried about the behaviour of a member of our staff, please contact us and include any supporting information you are comfortable to share.
