I’m having difficulty logging into the Virtual Learning Environment (Canvas), what do I do?
If you are having trouble logging into Canvas with your email and password, you can reset your password. You will then be sent an email with instructions on how to reset your password. For other issues, or if you are still having problems logging in after resetting your password, please contact us.
If you are having issues with the login page, please try the following:
- make sure you are using the correct login URL.
- delete cookies and cache from your web browser. Try to log in again once you have done this.
- make sure that your internet connection is stable, sometimes, public connection does not allow to get access to certain websites, and this could be affecting your login in. Please try using a different network connection.
